Meet Kara
Kara has been purchasing and managing investment properties since 2016. After creating her property management company, she decided it was time to help others buy and sell their properties, whether it is their forever home, vacation home, or investment property. Kara currently property manages a collection of high design homes in the Grand Traverse area. She now has her associate brokers license and is owner of the brokerage.
Kara and her husband live in downtown Traverse City with their three young kids. They absolutely love downtown life and ease of walking to all the local beaches, parks, and restaurants.
In her free time, Kara enjoys stand up paddle boarding, searching for Petoskey stones on the shore of Lake Michigan, hiking the Sleeping Bear Dunes, and exploring all of Northern Michigan’s wineries and breweries. Kara is looking forward to helping you buy or sell you next dream property.

Kara got her real estate license after 5 years of buying and selling her own personal properties. She then got her associate broker license to continue her education.
Kara created Two Bay Stay, a local, hands on property management company for a select number of owners. Two Bay Stay also does STR and design consulting.
Kara's background is a bachelor of science in Nursing from Michigan State University. After graduation, Kara worked in the Emergency room in Detroit, Ann Arbor, and Traverse City.
